A superb rare wine made from late harvest Pinot Grigio berries. The wine is golden in colour with a rich viscosity indicating the high alcohol and sugar level. The aromas range from blossom to honey, caramelised fruit and straw. A really unique wine, only 800 half bottles are made a year. This is beautiful dessert wine made elegant and moreish by the fresh acidity that balances the sweetness. Lovely with medium blue cheese.

The wine has a brilliant vibrant red colour with a slightly orangery hue near the rim. The nose is ethereal but leads to a full and structured palate with fabulously well balanced acidity and sweetness and ripe red and black fruits of dried and fresh damson! A beautiful and unique desert wine for blue cheeses!

This sweet red wine is rich and intense on the nose with aromas of Fig, black cherry and spice. On the palate the richness continues but is combined with great elegance and exceptional minerality attained from the Ravazzol vineyard's superb limestone/clay soils. This palate is freshly acidic so never cloying and renders this Recioto a sumptuous glass of sweet wine ideal for chocolate deserts and blue cheese!
